 David Prentice David is equally impressive in the sky and behind a sewing machine. A highly accomplished hang glider and paraglider pilot, he recently shattered the World paragliding distance record by flying 241 miles! He is currently teaching much of the rest of the SkyDyes! crew how to paraglide when he is not out of town competing. He is also one of a very small handful of people in the world who can launch a paraglider by dropping out from a hot-air balloon. See Pictures! In the rare moments when the New Mexico weather does not allow him to be in the sky, he runs a high-performance sewing operation affiliated with SkyDyes! known as Earth Cog Industries. |
